Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free FedEx shipping on every US and Canadian order. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. However, for delays with shipping, we advise you to reach out to the shipping carrier.

At Lands Collection, we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by calling us at 1.844.722.2588. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $30. Limited time only. All orders are presented in distinctive FSC certified packaging.

For your protection, Lands Collection always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • If your order value is over $500.00, signature will be required at delivery.
    • If you miss your shipment, FedEx will attempt to deliver 2 more times before it is returned to the shipper.
    • For US domestic orders, if you are unable to be home to sign for your package, we have showroom locations across the US where you can pick-up at your convenience! You can also select to deliver to a FedEx Office Location near you.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada. Please contact us with any international shipping questions.

Lands Collection is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Lands Collection within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Lands Collection. 

RETURN POLICY

To make your purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the US and Canada.  

We want you to love your jewelry, and if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and certifications. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that final sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at sales@landscollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
